Recently someone gave me an old sewing machine, so I could give it to a refugee friend who wants to sew. We couldn't get it to work--it wasn't apparent if it used a floor pedal and it was missing.

McKinney is honest and fast when repairing machines. I had a Janome and a Singer. They repaired the Janome and were honest that the Singer was beyond repair due to a lack of available parts.
