Adam Nonn

Adam was promoted to Senior Vice President of Cabinets & Countertops in August 2023 after successfully serving as ADG’s first Vice President of Business Transformation. In his current role, he is dedicated to developing a national cabinets and countertops offering for our customers, sustaining strong relationships with key customers and manufacturers, and leading sales and operations initiatives in this segment. Adam joined ADG in 2020 through the acquisition of Nonn’s, where he served as president for 10 years as a second-generation owner. He earned his bachelor’s degree in management and finance from Iowa State University.

Bruce Miles

Bruce was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2024 after joining ADG as Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) in February 2023. In the CSCO role, he led our efforts to maximize the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of ADG’s end-to-end Supply Chain. – spanning procurement, inbound and outbound transportation and logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Prior to ADG, he spent 12 years as Managing Director of The StratOps Group, assisting a variety of public and private distribution companies with operational excellence and merger integration. Bruce also held executive leadership roles at AlixPartners, IBM and Ernst & Young. Bruce holds a business degree from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Babson College.

Darla Lentz

Darla joined the ADG team in 2022, bringing a wealth of leadership experience the result of her tenure as CIO at 3 different companies – 2 in the Fortune 500. Her expertise reaches into all areas of enterprise technology, including cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and networks, help desk support, application development, and leveraging new technologies as they emerge. This provides her with the skill and experience to provide a single world-class computer system able to support all ADG divisions as well as for future acquisitions. Darla earned a BS in information science from Christopher Newport University and an MBA from Long Island University.

Bruce Miles

Amath Fall

Amath joined ADG in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience from various leadership roles in industrial businesses, including private equity portfolio companies. In 2022, he joined The Sterling Group as an Operating Partner for Financial Operations, charged with leading value creation initiatives in accounting and financial operations across the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to Sterling, he held multiple CFO roles, including at FleetPride and Berlin Packaging. He later assumed the role of COO during his time at Berlin. Amath holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business economics from the University of Nebraska.
